PAYMENTS ONLINE

Online payments can be made with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Pay Pal. 

No cheques or cash with online purchases. 

 

IMPORTANT 

As for your billing address it must be input in the exact way it appears on your credit card statement. This is part of the verification process. Your billing and shipping addresses may be different, depending on where you would like your parcel sent.

Your billing and shipping addresses must be a valid Canadian address, complete with your postal code. PO Boxes are not accepted.

Email and phone number are also needed in case we need to verify your order. 

 

WHEN A PAYMENT WILL NOT PROCESS 

The most common reason for a payment to not get processed for an online purchase is when the billing address does not match that of the actual credit card. Expiration dates on credit cards are also another common reason.

ONLINE SHIPPING OPTIONS 

In-store pickup is available as early as the same day for an online purchase. Parcel delivery as outlined.

Shipping outside of Canada:

Sorry, we only ship within Canada at this time.

 

RETURN POLICY 

Mercury Shoes wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not completely happy with your items, check out our return & exchange policy below. 

To qualify for a return, we will require all of the following:
  • The purchase to be made within 30 days of the return date
  • The item to be unworn and shoes not to have been worn outside
  • The item to be in its original packaging
  • The receipt to be included  

In-Store Purchase Returns:

We only offer exchanges or a store credit on items purchased in store. Items sold on discount/sale are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on these items. 

Online purchase returns:

Please mail your return using the delivery service of your choice. If we receive the item in the condition outlined in our return policy, we will refund the amount paid, or ship you a new item in exchange. **The shipping fees for items sent back for a return are not refundable. 

 

NOTE: Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to show in your account. 

 Please understand that we reserve the right to grant a refund or exchange based on the condition of the returned item.
